Here’s our guide to the different taste sensations and how to perfectly pair them with your menu:

Riccadonna Asti

Made in the Piedmont region in Northern Italy, Asti sparkling wine has been a firm favourite for hundreds of years. Made exclusively from Moscato grapes, it has a naturally sweet, luscious and decadent flavour. Its rich, intense aroma has acacia, wisteria flowers and orange blossom overtones.

Riccadonna Asti is a heavenly pair with savoury starters, including:

  • Soft or semi-soft cheeses such as Jarlsberg, Brie or Havarti
  • Fresh salmon
  • Prosciutto or salami.

It’s also great with light, fruity desserts because it amplifies the fruit flavours without overpowering them.
